They Called For Rain

but the rain did not come until much later.  The wind was strong and made driving more of a chore than a pleasure.
The return trip was bitter sweet.
Dalton will not be able to visit again until summer.  We stopped to overlook Cotter and see the train bridge.
We viewed Norfork Lake.

We met Dalton's parents halfway, to ease the driving for both of us.  We did not want Dalton to go but such is life, the good with the bad, and we move on to count the days 'til summer and Dalton can be with us again.

The time is gonna fly by!

They called for rain here too. It huffed and it puffed, threw in a little lightning bolt or two and moved on. Sun today and a beautiful warm weather week ahead!

Enjoy your Sunday At The Farm!

I'm glad the rain was delayed for your visit. Summer is right around the corner...

our nephew, who's named Dalton, came to spend a month with us last summer. We really missed him when he went back home 2000 miles away. Hopefully he'll come visit us again this summer! And yes, summer will be here before we know it!

Summer will be here before you know it. Looks like you are having a lovely spring in your neck of the woods.

Maybe the called for rain in the wrong city. I'm getting so much rain here that I had to postpone my move a couple of days!

You have some really dramatic photographs. I especially like your blue sky with clouds. Summer will be here soon and your sweet boy will return to visit again. Blessings.
