It sure is! We're still more green than gold, but a little more color is coming every day.

I like the picture of the 2 leaves. :) It's arrived here too, you could see your breath last night. I love it!

It's arrived here in IL, too. The trees are turning beautiful colors, the nights are getting cold, and there's frost on Pat's pumpkins! *wink* Time to head south!

Oh the BEAUTY! California seasons are soooo vague. You can nearly not tell when Fall arrives..but now the leaves are beginning to turn on the peach tree..and soon the other will follow. NO snow..but we can see it on the distant hills.
I know you aren't..but I am looking forward to seeng the farm all covered in snow once again. Sorry, but I have to smile when I remember sliding back down the hill in your little "car car." :)
Gail..what wonderful adventurous walks you must get to take.
I hope your sisters are doing well..I know the one was having a tough time for awhile. NO more robberies?
I have heard that they will be closing down a lot of post offices.
Will this effect you? Take good care, my friend..and thank you for being so good about stopping by!
I struggle with blogging and trying to keep up...
Love,
Mona

It sure has arrived. On our way down from the mountain yesterday, I saw lots of bright green and orange trees. The scenery was gorgeous. I love fall in Colorado.

Fall is definitely here. I have mixed feelings about that, but I'm trying to enjoy the wonderful weather.

I like the unusual mauve-colored cornhusks! My blogpost for tomorrow has mauve in it!

Fall, along with spring, is my favorite season. I love the slant of the light and the color of the leaves. I like to walk through the dried ones on the ground. I'm perfectly contented right now.

Pretty pictures! Our temps are really dropping here but no hard freeze or frost yet so the leaves haven't started turning.
