Tractor Man's New Tool Box...

Just one small problem with the tractor and Tractor Man.  They both kept losing tools.  There was only one small tool box on the Kubota and all you tractor people know they are never big enough.Tractor Man, who is very inventive when forced to be, found an old rusty tool box and decided to fasten it to the tractor.
I said, but it will rust more. You need paint. He agreed. I was nice enough to ask what color he preferred. He stated he didn't care soooooooooooo....
I used what I had.  No need to run to town just for special paint.  I make do with what I have.
Tractor Man's new tool box.
Sadly I ran out of lavender and had to pull out the pink then I ran out of pink and had to get creative.
I'm not a graffiti artist.
This was my first try.
I think he will get the message when he uses the tool box.
The box is now installed and handy as a pocket on a shirt.
Even if it's girly colored.

I love it! And you did make me laugh. At least you put the pink on the inside of the box. The 'I heart u' on the inside was awesome. To be reminded of your love for him, all he has to do is open that box. You have a new follower. :o)

Gail,

I agree, a larger toolbox is needed. Especially when theres not enough room in the smaller one. Now that's a nice big toolbox, and it's special because you painted it with love. Those are the best gifts to recieve, a gift from the heart. You can tell Dennis loves it in the picture.

That is great!
My hubby needs one of those. Our tractor doesn't have a box at all.
Need to figure out how to mount it, too.

Have a blessed weekend, all. ♥

I think it is a perfect match- and will be super handy for him- no matter what color. I betcha he smiles every time he pulls out a tool.

It's good that he gets a reminder that you still love him after all these years. I bet there's no other tractor with a tool box like it for miles around.

Are they fastening it to the roll bar? If so does it stay down all the time? I'm just thinking that if they are fastening it to the roll bar and one day they do put it up knowing the sort of things tractor men keep in their tool boxes someone might end up with a sore head! I guess the good thing would be as he lay flat out on the ground feeling his bumps and bruises and probably cussing he would know that you loved him - LOL!

What a nice thing to do. Love the colour and love the message even more Gail. What a guy to not be bothered by colourful tool box. You guys are way too Kool. Nice to be able to comment again, however, Blogger is acting funny today. I can comment but cannot backtrack to dashboard, have to go into design, then dashboard and start over? Whats up with that?

That is so sweet! : ) That tool box is definitely a good add-on to the tractor, and it is even placed in a good spot. By the way, it will be good to also put cleaning materials inside the tool box, since you don’t know when you need a rug to wipe something up, and because a clean tractor is simply great to look at.
