a tale of tails, tenacity, and tedium, as told by me, usually barefoot and bellowing

Outdoor Time

Rain has made the water cloudy
The water cress thinks it's spring
Most of the leafs have fallen
The water garden wears its winter coat.
There's work to do but
Mother Nature and the valley's ancient inhabitants called me.
I listened.

You are in your very own slice of heaven and right in your back yard. I love that pink rock - truly lovely - this one speaks to me, I do not know why. Tell me it's story. Just checked the weather this morning - freezing rain and lots of it coming our way. Ah, well, we are ready - bring it on Mother Nature.....Gail, this is too weird, pink stone calling out to me?????
