Scenic But Not Necessarily Safe...

Arkansas is famous for it's scenic highways.  Texting and driving is almost impossible as is taking pictures while driving.  Like a roller coaster ride.
White River is the destination and well worth the "scenic" route.

you might not know how to drive here, our roads are long and flat and straight. nary a curve or hill... my lips are sealed that you were snapping while driving. I have NEVER done that. LOL

Enjoyed your photos! Reminds me of a trip we took through Missouri when someone in the van took photos of every part of the road.

No, NEVER text and drive OR photograph while driving! Ever! As a trucker's wife, I hear and have seen too many horror stories of wrecks. Bill goes through Arkansas routinely. It is beautiful. I love the Ozarks, especially.

I just started doing this a month ago every so often. It is like a roller coaster ride for sure, but sometimes there are some pretty amazing photos that come out from it. Great works here!

I love the roads there! Two hands on the steering wheel until the end. Then it's two hands on a fishing rod. Beautiful lake!
